If you choose payment by Bank Wire, you will receive a confirmation email once your payment has been issued. Please allow up to 48 hours for the payment to post to your account.
If you have still not received the wire transfer after 48 hours, please contact our customer support by replying to your original Purchase Offer email.
The most common reason that a bank wire does not post is that your bank account does not accept incoming wire transfers. If this is the case, you can provide us with an alternative bank account, or request an alternative payment method such as Check By Mail or PayPal.
Please note there is a $20 wire transfer fee deducted from your payment for every bank wire attempt we make. This is what our bank charges for each transaction.
