We only purchase stamps in following condition types. New or Usable condition and must have undisturbed original adhesive on the back side.
NEW CONDITION
These stamps are are in full sheets, books, or rolls with no folds, bends, corner creases, scuff marks, or traces of soil.
USABLE CONDITION
These stamps may be in partial sheets, books, or rolls and may have slight to moderate folds, bends, corner creases, scuff marks, or traces of soil.
DAMAGED OR USED STAMPS
We do not purchase damaged stamps that are beyond use for postage, or stamps that have already been used and have cancellation marks on them.
